This map is part of a project that I have to do for school on the topic of rabies outbreaks in Peru as a result of vampire bats. I am trying to spread awareness to the locals in Peru to let them know if there are any bat colonies around where they live and where is the closest place that they can get treated for rabies if they have been bitten. This map could also be used by health centers around the area or even America so that they can be more informed on where outbreaks have been happening the most so they can go to that specific region to treat the locals.
